For your consideration…
By nature I am a procrastinator. It doesn’t help that when my back is to the wall, I somehow manage to pull off whatever task I delayed doing for so long. Then I feel great and wonder why I waited and stewed for so long. But this bad habit continues.
I tell you this because to do this blog correctly I knew I needed to create a process. So the process is this. I sleep until I wake up. I try not to have to set an alarm except for when I am working. When I get up, I let Dude out and ever the master of multitasking, I do my morning PT exercises. When Dude comes back in, we come into my office and I meditate, then I look up my dreams and analyze them, pull an angel card and journal and then I write this blog. Usually when I meditate, I am given information for me and for the blog. Sometimes they are the same. Sometimes not.
I tell you this today because this is the first time everything in the above process was the same. My dreams were about a train, spirituality and staying on track. Then in meditation I was given the message to look up the lyrics to “People get Ready”. I have to confess I did not know anything else about this song until I googled it. So I was really surprised it had a train in it.

When I read these lyrics, my initial reaction was Yikes! But I know that is not why I was given them. If you remember several blogs ago we talked about the increased vibration (hummin’). We talked about how everyone is feeling it but don’t know what to do about it. Things just seem out of control.
So we are given this reminder today. When we feel like that, out of control, scared, confused, anxious etc., we have a choice. We always have a choice. All you need is faith. You have it in your life tool box. Pull it out. That is the HOPE.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, hope by hope action steps anyone can take…..
-Meditate
-What do you feel you must do today? Do it or at least start it.
-Touch a tree, grass, flowers, another person. Pause and feel the life energy.
-Drink lots of water
-Journal dreams, what you are grateful, just for fun stuff etc.
What made me smile yesterday…
-I was able to do a favor for a friend.
-Finally, Jackie and I have tentative plans. I am excited.
-I got a vaccination and it didn’t hurt a bit.
-We trimmed some trees last night. When we got back inside Bruce came flying in the house, “Chris, I think I am going to have West Nile virus. There were so many mosquitoes out there.” Yup, Doom and Gloom is back.
