For your consideration……
So often we see so much that needs to be done in the world and feel so helpless. We feel that so much is out of our control.
Our message today says not true. We are reminded that everything is energy including our thoughts, words and deeds. We have control of those. If we focus on what is wrong, we perpetuate what is wrong. It we focus on what is right, we perpetuate what is right. Yes, we expand the energy.
We are reminded of this today so we remember our importance. Each of us has an important role. The best way to fulfill our role is to hyper-focus on making our energy positive in all that we think, say and do. Leave every moment better than the moment before. We can do that.
Positive energy creates light. And we know that even the smallest hint of light eliminates darkness……our small role eliminates darkness.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take……
-Meditate/pray….ask….”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Hyper-focus on the positive….being positive.
What made me smile yesterday……
-A fun school.
-Anacortes house rented the week Alex comes home…..check.
-Plane tickets bought….the cheapest we’ve ever bought them…..check.
-Shannon getting her family plane tickets…..check.
-Alex gets to do a very cool flight today. She is so excited.
-Monday date night with Bruce…..1/2 off pizza night at the Red Rooster….yes it was fun too.
