For your consideration……
We all go through times where confusion reigns. It seems like everything around us is flying at warp speed with no clear direction and no where to land.
Have you ever felt like that? Have you ever felt like you just can’t get settled?
We are told today that in those times we need to go to our “cornerstone.” Our cornerstone sits in our authentic self. It is “What we absolutely know for sure.”
When we are unsettled or troubled, we need to go within to what we know for sure. From that position we can pull what makes sense in and let what does not continue to fly on by.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take……
-Meditate/pray….ask….”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Dirnk lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Figure out your cornerstone.
What made me smile yesterday……
-Boo boos. Most big boo boos are paper cuts or chapped lips. Awwww.
-I am honored to be asked by my niece, Kelly, to be interviewed for her and her children’s website, “Goonberry Kids.”
-Skyping with Alex.
-An early peaceful bedtime.
