Birthing

For your consideration……

What a wonderful message today. As we watch what Mother Earth has in store for us around the world, we can be amazed at all that she “births” each and every moment of each and every day. We are right to be amazed.

Today we are reminded that we too can “birth” in every moment. We can birth joy, love, HOPE, help, fun, gratitude, new ideas or things like paintings, books,  housing, food etc.

Choose to experience the wonder of birth. Birth good things today.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…..

-Meditate/pray….ask….”What is my next step for my good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Give birth to good things.

What made me smile yesterday…..

-I’m with my favorite kindergarteners this week.

-As I gathered them on the “carpet” at the end of the day, I shared with them my favorite parts of the day and what I felt were their major accomplishments. They love hearing those things that they for the most part have not even noticed.

-Don’t you just love when it is the end of the day, you’re tired and you have to start thinking about what you are going to do for dinner and then  you remember, “Oh yeah, I have it all done in the crock pot!”

-Wahoo…yeah…..we  SKYPEd with our Alex.
