Today’s message comes from a part of another song.
So often we sit and ponder, worry or lament on why something happened. That’s normal and if we get an answer, that’s great. But often we do not get an answer and to continue to dwell on it is counter productive.
Let’s be clear. It doesn’t hurt to ask the question. We need to ask the question. We should ask ‘why’ but if we don’t get an answer, we need to move on without it.
The Universe knows exactly what we need to know and when we need to know it. We need to trust that. If we don’t get an answer on why something happened right away, it is because we are not ready for it. Someday we will know why and it will be the perfect moment for it.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take……
-Meditate/pray….ask….”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of the Universe?” Trust the answer.
-Drink lots of water. The more you weigh, the more water you need.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Yes, it is the middle of the week. Celebrate anyway.
What made me smile yesterday…..
-A problem solved.
-The most productive morning I have had in a very long time. Timing on everything was perfect.
-Fun 1st graders.
-More sunshine and a bright star in the sky.
