For your consideration…..
In the song “All of Me” John Legend writes, ” ’cause all of me loves all of you. Loves your curves and all your edges….all your perfect imperfections.”
Those perfect imperfections are where our message is drawn from today. Our message goes further. We are told that those imperfections are the “contrast needed to see the light.”
We could not see perfection without imperfection.
Our creator is an equal opportunity creator. He created all of us with perfect imperfections so we wouldn’t feel left out from doing our fair share to contributing. Be grateful for them. Honor them for the light they provide.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…..
-Meditate/pray….ask….”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Love your imperfections as well as perfection.
What made me smile yesterday……
-Shannon’s texts. Me to her, “Be careful. The roads are slick.” Her to me, “I will. I slid off the road yesterday. Car and me are fine.”
-Emails from Alex describing a service call to her internet and cable provider.
-This week I am teaching students that I often sub for. You would think that they would be wound and wild after such a long break but they have been absolutely perfect…..real joys.
-There are no coincidences. Without going into boring details, suffice to note that the Universe rearranged my week for me and it is perfect.
