For your consideration…..
We were shown a silver belt today. It is a symbol.
The belt has a double meaning. First of all it acknowledges that many of us feel stressed and tied up in knots right now. There is a lot going on in our personal life and the life of the Universe. It can seem overwhelming and the problems insurmountable.
But wait. There is a second meaning to the belt, specifically a silver belt. The Truth is protected. No matter what is happening personally or around the world, the Truth is spiritually protected. It can not be destroyed.
Do not be glum, sad or depressed. All is well.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…..
-Meditate/pray….ask…..”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Be joyous. All is well.
What made me smile yesterday……
-A free day.
-Lunch with Carol.
-Talking to my sister.
-Christmas wrapping all done…I think.
-Shannon’s post office story. It takes so much to get that daughter of mine riled. I can not imagine how bad Darlene was to get her so mad. I was in stitches as she reiterated it all to me.
