For your consideration…….

I like to watch Dancing With The Stars. Often you will hear a judge say that the contestant was “off beat” or “a beat ahead or behind.” It doesn’t necessarily ruin the dance but it keeps it from being all it could be. Sometimes it is visible to the untrained eye. Sometimes it isn’t.

Today’s message talks to us about staying “on beat.” It talks about being “in sync.” It is good to have a plan and know what needs to be done and what we want to get done. It is good to know the direction we want to head to. The problem comes in when we are so “bent and determined” we forget to stay on beat. We forget to follow the flow. We have set the intention and now are trying to force it into fruition. This is far different from setting the intention and letting the Universe rearrange itself to deliver it for the highest good of all. Consequently we run into obstacles we have to overcome and/or we feel frustrated and/or exhausted.

There is a steady harmonious beat to life. Intuitively we know this. Everything has Divine Timing and Divine Purpose. We are asked today to “feel” the steady beat of the Universe and sync our beat to it. Life will be much easier, steadier, and more joyous that way.

That is the HOPE.  And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…..

-Meditate/pray….ask….”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?” The Universe guarantees that it is “on beat.”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Relax into the day. Let it be what it wants to be.

What made me smile yesterday……

-My daughter writes…”Hey, Mom, you forgot “What made me smile yesterday…..” Yikes, thank you.

-I had a wonderful student teacher. She has great well thought out plans. She has a philosophy and belief system in place on what kind of teacher she wants to be.

-Elections are OVER. What kind of commercials will we see now? It’s been so long, I’ve forgotten what other commercials there are.

-Funny texts from my other daughter, Shannon.

-A phone call from friend, Jody. It seems like forever since we had talked.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
