For your consideration…….
Love in its natural state is joyous and free. Through joy love self actuates and perpetuates more love….grows love.
We are reminded not to burden love with regrets, scar it with anger, taint it with bitterness, chain it with demands, minimize it with doubt or tie it up with sadness. Instead let love be what it wants to be….joyous and free.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…….
-Meditate/pray….ask….”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Feel the JOY of love.

-Talking with my Alex.
-Sitting on the back deck having a drink with Jody and Holly, my neighbor.
