For your consideration……

Don’t you love it? I couldn’t resist.

Our message today is to clean up after ourselves. It seems easy enough. Most of us had mothers drill this into us. I hate to say it but I did the same with my children and now grandchildren. I bet I have said,  “The maid doesn’t work.” a couple of dozen times this summer with my grandson and his friends.

We know that if everyone pitches in at home, at work, in the park or on the streets and just picks up after themselves our world…our life is a lot better place. We know this with material things but there is much more.

Today we are asked that just as we clean up in the material world we need to clean up after ourselves in the spiritual world. We should never leave a space worse that when we entered. Simply put, it means that the energy we are in needs to be maintained in the bare minimum but HOPEfully made better. Under no circumstances should we make a mess, start a fight, cause unhappiness, bring doubt etc. and leave it. What we leave behind should always be lighter, more joyous, have more clarity, be more productive for good, more enlightened etc. than when we entered it.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…..

-Meditate/pray….ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Do karmic clean up after yourself.

What made me smile yesterday…..

-A manicure and pedicure.

-More rain for my thirsty lawn.

-Grocery shopping done.

-Great phone calls from Alex with some more great info for her deployment.

-Catching up with Cathy. We always have good laughs.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
