For your consideration…..

We hear it all the time regarding our diet, “You are what you eat..” We are more and more conscious of where our food comes from and what it contains. That is all good but there is more.

We are asked to consider that just as our body needs healthy nourishment so does our spirit. We are being asked to become more conscious of what we let into our spirit… our soul. We are asked to be aware of what is good for our spirit and what is not. We know what makes our spirit soar and what brings it down. We feel it.

Let’s bring our consciousness front and center and surround ourselves with the people, media, books, materials, music etc. that sooth and nourish our spirit with love, joy, faith and HOPE. We have the power and control.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…….

-Meditate/pray….ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water to cleanse our body and soul and help bring clarity.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Read a book that is fun or relaxing. Go to an uplifting movie. Take a walk in silence. Dance with wild abandon.
