For your consideration…..
Dreams are not random. Like in the awake state there are no coincidences.
Our dream state is when we “down load” and “up load”. Our dreams are where we sort things out or work on what is bothering us. We figure out what is tying us up or holding us back. If we can identify it, we can explore ways to escape and conquer it. Our dreams are also where we explore the possibilities or the unimaginable. In our dreams all is possible.
Dreams are an important part of our life. In our dream state our Guidance has our undivided attention like we try to achieve in meditation or prayer. There they give us solutions, point us in the right direction, encourage us, calm us etc. We are reminded today to pay attention and work with our dreams.
I know….I can hear it….I often say it myself…”I can’t remember my dreams.”
Program your psychic. Yes, you can do it. Consider this example. You set your alarm clock and right before it goes off, you wake up. You wake up because you programmed your psychic to do so. When you get into bed, spend some time telling yourself that you will remember your dreams. Put a pen and paper by your bed so you are ready to write them down as soon as you wake up. As with anything else, practice and consistency will make it easier and easier.
While we are working with dreams and programming our psychic, why not take it a step further. Write down your “heart’s desire” and put it in a dream box next to your bed. You can buy dream boxes but there is no need. You can make your own. Find a container, bless it, affirm it as your official dream box and declare it so. Done!. Write down your “heart’s desires”, put them into the box, and put it next to your bed. Read them before you go to sleep. This is fun stuff. Give it a try.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take……
-Meditate/pray….ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths…..conscious breaths….out with the old and in with the healing new.
-Make or buy a dream box. Put it and a journal and pen next to your bed. Start to work with your dreams. Not sure about what your dreams mean? Click on the references button. Click on The Dream Book by Bette Bethards. It is the easiest and best book for analyzing dreams.
What made me smile yesterday…….
-Fun with Grandkids and friends.
-A dip in the pool on a very hot day.
-Boston coolers.
-A great cooking class with Carol. We loved the format and the menu.
-A quick visit with Mary, Diane, AJ and her little ones.
