For your consideration…….

We were given an analogy for today’s message. “Anger is like a fever.”

Like a fever anger has its purpose. It alerts us that something is not right, off or out of balance. As it is when we have a fever, we will not feel well until it is gone.

Anger is a signal. We can be grateful for it but the sooner it is gone the better we are for it. As long as we hold anger we block our HOPE. We can not see the opportunities, possibilities and solutions that are already in place for us. As long as we hold on to the anger we block our healing and wellness. It makes zero difference if the anger is justified or not.

We are asked to honor anger when we feel it, notice it and then release it. It has served its purpose and we no longer need it. Instead we can focus on positive outcomes attracting the energy we need to make them come to fruition.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take……

-Meditate/pray…..ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Bless all who come across your path…..even those who anger you.

-Relax….laugh out loud.

What made me smile yesterday……

-Peanut swam over 2 miles for the American Red Cross charity event at Ann Arbor Country Club.

-An absolute perfect weather day.

-Talking with Jackie.

-Reading and listening to music on the deck.

-Peanut’s first bikini. Fun….Cute…..

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
