For your consideration…….
When we talk about feelings and spirit we often refer to our heart. The heart has is the universal symbol for our love and feelings. Today’s message talks about love.
It is no coincidence that the heart has two parallel and independent systems. In the body and in spirit it gives and receives and each system must keep up with the other.
Today’s message talks about the “guarded heart.” In the guarded heart we let our ego run interference. Too often we don’t want to give until we receive. We are caught up in the chicken or the egg scenario or I’ll tell or show you if you tell or show me. We want commitment for the outcome without investing of ourselves.
The heart wants love…..pure and simple. It wants all kinds of love. The way to get more love is to give more love. Remember, there is a parallel system. Forget the outcome. Be happy with giving your heart. The Universe will take care of the rest.
Love with your whole heart. It may seem like we get hurt now and then but that is just an illusion. The reality is we have expanded our capacity for love and will get it back in more than equal measure.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…….
-Meditate/pray….ask “What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and enjoy it. Take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Bless all those who cross your path.
-Be generous with you spiritual love.
What made me smile yesterday…….
-A relaxed and easy morning.
-Finishing a great book.
-We were to Stillwater, grocery shopping done and sitting on the back deck before 4:00. Ahhhh…..
-Mac’s swimming in a charity event.
-A great call from my Alex.
