For your consideration…..
Yup, I was as surprised as you probably are to receive martinis for our message. Our angels are having some fun with us today.
The message started out as, “There is calm before the storm. We acknowledge this but forget that there is also calm after the storm.” Wow, ok that is a good point. Rather than focus on the past we need to focus on the future. Our glass is half full versus half empty.
I was happy with that message but was told there was more. “Consider your life like a good martini. Take the best ingredients, shake them up and voila something wonderful emerges.”
How are those two messages connected:? It is the deliberate versus non-deliberate. We accept those inevitable bumps in the road or storms as part of life. But we are more hesitant to rock our own boat. We are more hesitant to “shake things up.”
Today what our Guidance is playfully explaining is we are made of excellent ingredients and if we shake things up we will be fine….better even. Don’t be afraid to take chances to grow and do great things.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take……
-Meditate/pray…..ask “What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all.”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths. Walk barefoot in the sand or grass.
-Play….shake things up.
What made me smile yesterday……
-A great day with the kids.
-Reading in the sunshine and breeze.
-A trip to the DQ.
-Cleaning out a bit of the freezer.
