For your consideration…..

We have a beat, a rhythm. When we are in sync, we feel it. We don’t have to think about it. We just know it. It is the same way when we are “off-beat.” We don’t have to think about it. We just know it. Sometimes we are off kilter a lot and other times just barely. Sometimes it noticeably affects our health and other times we barely notice at all.

What do we do when we feel “off?” There are several things we can do. We can meditate/pray starting with some deep breathing. We can “drum.” Don’t worry if we don’t have an official drum. You can make your own out of just about anything. We can do EFT (tapping). We can listen to music and sync with the beat.

In all of these things we are changing the focus. We are taking control and focusing on the rhythm and syncing with it. It is all good.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…..

-Meditate/pray…..ask “What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water. Being hydrated helps us stay synced and “on beat.”

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths. Remember, deep breathing is our reset button.

-When we know we are “off beat,” take the time to pause and get back on track.

What made me smile yesterday……

-A chill out PJ day.

-Little chores done.

-Catching up with Jackie.

-Sunshine and no rain.
