For your consideration…..

I am getting the sense that a whole lot of  us were extremely excited for the weekend. There is a whole lot of anxiety and “bad days” for many of us. Often Spring is so busy that we tend to get overwhelmed and the little things seem huge.

Our message today is today is delivered with humor but none the less is serious. This is it exactly as given….

“Buck up little buck-a-roos in the scheme of life, it is no big deal. Move on.”

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…..

-Meditate/pray…..release your troubles for healing and open your heart to blessings.

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Stop, breath, set the intention that you will relax into the flow of life.

What made me smile yesterday……

-A student who had been giving me a few problems got an email to his parents. He clearly did not expect it. So yesterday he is on time for class and worked with the minimum reminders to do so. At the end our class helper told him to have a good weekend to which he responds, “Hump, no I won’t because you (pointing to her) and you (pointing to me) got me grounded.” He was so funny. He has the same birthday as my Alex and he is typical Gemini.

-I was done with school, done with shopping and in for the night by 4:00.

-I got a surprise gift from my Sis. Love it.

-Talking and laughing with Shannon.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
