“If” is a Precursor

For your consideration……..

There is no bigger little word than “If”. It is a the word of dreams. It is a word for beginnings. It is a word of possibilities. It’s importance can not be stressed enough. However, it has its place. It is a precursor to “can”.

Once we have the dream, it is imperative that we let “if” go and replace it with “can”. With conviction and without fear we must move forward firm in our belief of “I can”.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…….

-Meditate/pray…..dream/believe.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Drink lots of water.

-Journal some dreams.

What made me smile yesterday……..

-I can drive across my court and straight into my driveway. The mountain of snow has melted.

-My friend, Carol, is visiting at Stillwater. Since we are not into basketball, we watched old episodes of Magnum PI.

-Caden Jeffrey was born…..too cute for words.

-I managed to get in touch with both my girls…..no small feat.
