For your consideration……..
First of all, Happy St. Patrick’s Day.
We just never know…..what is going to happen next……who we will meet etc. If we never met anyone new or did anything different there would be no change in our life. But we know that life does not stand still, it is ever-changing in every single moment.
We are asked today to remember that. Think about all of the times we have randomly been talking to someone and got an answer to something we did not know or a tip of some kind. Likewise, we never know who or what holds that missing key to the next step in our life purpose. We don’t know when it is going to show up. But we do know that there are no coincidences, who steps into our path today and everyday is meant to be there.
Be excited. Consider today an adventure. Know that something is waiting for you. This moment and the next and the next etc. has a purpose. Engage in it fully with an open mind and heart.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take……
-Meditate/pray…..prepare for your day.
-Drink lots of water. Help your body detox.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Notice, spend some silent time with the full moon.
What made me smile yesterday……
-A lazy morning.
-Laundry done, vacuuming done, dusting dong. Wahoo.
-A leaky faucet fixed by our new plumber Bill and Debbie recommended.
-An efficient road trip with my husband getting lots of errands run.
