For your consideration…….

We are all familiar with 20/20 vision. We all understand the benefits of correcting our vision. Just as with our eyesight, other areas of our life also need to be corrected and balanced. Today’s message is talking specifically about our life purpose.

Whether we know or are seeking our life purpose, we need 20/20 vision. When we are short-sighted, we can miss the bigger picture and we think to small. When we are far-sighted and only think big, we can miss the people and things currently right in front of us that are meant to help us get to and fulfill our life purpose….again whether we know it or not.

The long and short of it is we need 20/20 vision in living our life purpose. We can not discount the daily, seemingly miniscule, occurrences; nor can we live only in the short-term not seeking the “largeness” of our ultimate purpose.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take……

-Meditate/pray…..know thyself.

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Know that every moment today serves a purpose. Keep your authentic self open.

What made me smile yesterday……

-I subbed at one of my favorite schools with some of my favorite students.

-Ginger and I went to lunch and then to check in on Aunt Dorothy. She was in good form and we had lots of good laughs.

-Laughing out loud with Shannon over sheets…no less.

-Alex got off the boat. Finally we got to talk to her. Bruce who is as slow as molasses with his sore feet, practically ran to the phone when it rang. My heart is warm.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
