For your consideration……..
Today’s message is short but I think every single word in it is powerful. I HOPE you do to.
I quote, “Infinity is Love by definition…never ending and the promise of all. Operate from Love always. It is what perpetuates HOPE….what lights our path….what nourishes our soul.”
The love is for all…..person, place or thing. Anything worth doing is worth doing with love.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…..
-Meditate/pray….let your authentic self’s love bubble to the surface.
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Notice the whole self in whatever you are doing. Make sure your body, mind and soul are on the same page. If they aren’t, you have a clue on needed change.
What made me smile yesterday……
-Good weather until we were safely and securely back home for the night.
-A good book.
-Memories and giggles.
