Sing a new song unto the Lord;
let your song be sung from mountains high.

1. Yahweh’s people dance for joy.
O come before the Lord.
And play for him on glad tambourines,
and let your trumpet sound.

He has turned your sorrow to joy,
and filled your soul with song.

the glory of the Lord.
The trumpet sounds; the dead shall be raised.
I know my Savior lives.

Today we are reminded of our gratitude and joy. Why?

Lightworkers, we are called to action. We are called to live our life purpose. We can not accomplish this by surrounding ourselves with doom and gloom. We can not let pessimism crowd out our joy.

So today we were given this song reminding us that we have love and joy in our life tool kit to be used to accomplish our missions. Let your joy bubble to the surface and love lead your way pushing aside all the doubts and naysayers of truth.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take……..

-Meditate/pray……let your joy bubble up and flame your heart’s flame.

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths. Brrrr. I can do it. I can do it. I can do  it.

-Get all your chores done early and chill all evening.

What made me smile yesterday……….

-A beautiful snow. I have to say, I liked it best when it wasn’t a blizzard.

-Spending some time with my Peanut.

-Great emails from Alex.
