For your consideration…….
“IF” stands alone. There is no need for “if only”. That is our message today.
“If only” carries the energy of the past. It carries doubt. It is pessimistic. It does not carry personal responsibility
“IF” on its own carries positive energy. It is full of possibilities, capabilities, potential and HOPE. “IF” carries the our dreams.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take……..
-Meditate/pray……dream.
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths. It is clearing.
-Be joyous and confident in anything you undertake.
What made me smile yesterday…….
-A warm house and toasty blanket. It is way too cold out. I am grateful I have a home and shelter and pray those who don’t find some.
-Watching out dog try over and over to spend time outdoors only to have to come back in because it was too cold.
-Emails from Alex.
-A good book.
-Laughing with Jackie.
