For your consideration……
Today’s message is so simple, so true, so easy, so reassuring, so ………everything.
Smiles….real smiles…..the smiles that reach the eyes are igniters. They ignite joy. They ignite HOPE. They ignite love. They ignite peace. They ignite resolve. They ignite courage etc.
How? Smiles that reach the eyes reach the soul. Those smiles change energy.
We are reminded today that we own that power. We are constantly changing energy. What we think, act and do determines the energy that surrounds us.
Those smiles that reach the eyes are powerful tools in our life tool box. They are in endless supply. Be generous with them. Share them with all who cross your path. You are the change and it starts with your smile.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take……
-Meditate/pray….find that inner peace and joy and let it bubble to the top.
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Enjoy….fill your joy bank.
What made me smile yesterday……
-Lots of snoozing.
-Laundry done.
