Awesome, I woke to the song “It’s A Great Day To Be Alive” playing in my head. It’s hard not to be excited when that is the way you wake up.
Even more exciting, I was given a lyric change…..
And it’s a great day to be alive
I know the sun’s still shinin’ when I close my eyes
It’s a great day
Because I’m in the neighborhood!
Today we are woke in song proclaiming that we will make a difference. We will bring joy, love and light to the day of others. We matter. We don’t have to have a plan. Opportunities will present themselves. We just have to be excited and expect them.
Have fun lightworkers, It’s a great day in your neighborhood.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take……
-Meditate/pray…..Feel your joyous authentic self.
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Make a difference….big, small and all in between….are of equal importance because there is no judgment.
What made me smile yesterday…….
-I finally got to talk to my daughter, Alex.
-Great teachers.
-A great nap and early bedtime. I feel awesome today.
