Sugar-Coating

For your consideration…….

“Sugar coating the truth is just another way of lying.”

That is our message today. Lying is lying no matter how it is done. In this dimension where nothing but the truth will do, it is just not acceptable.

We have to trust….have faith…..that the truth is good enough. And we have to be brave enough to tell it without sugar-coating it. That does not mean we have to be mean about it. No, even harsh truth can be delivered with love and compassion.

Speak the truth, whole truth and nothing but the truth to the best of your ability. That is what we are reminded to do.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can do…..

-Meditate/pray….know your own truth.

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths. There is no where more honest than in Mother Nature.

-Clear you head. Think before you speak. Speak the whole truth.

What made me smile yesterday…………

-A lazy morning.

-A productive afternoon.

-A fun evening with Donnetta.
