For your consideration……

Truth has no ulterior motive. It just is. We are reminded not only of this but also that in this new dimension, only the truth will do.

We are reminded of what truth looks like. It has a litmus test. Does it feel like love? Does it feel like it comes from a loving place? Coincidently, this is the same test we use to determine if it is our ego or Guidance talking to us.

Truth does not mean that we like what we are hearing. Often our Guidance urges us to do things or face things we do not want to do. What it does mean is that we feel the love, goodness and truth in the nudge.

It is like a parent sending their child off to school for the first time, they go off to college or when they move out of the house. You don’t want them to go. It feels like you are cutting off a body part. Yet you raised them to be responsible and stand on their own two feet. We have to let them go. That is love. That is the truth.

So we don’t always like the truth. It may not be convenient. But it is what it is and it is all good because it comes from love. It is right and just. It is all good. It is for the good of all. Only the truth will do.

We are asked not to get caught up in the squabbling. Think about it. If someone has to lie to you, is it good? Is it coming from love? You know the saying, “It is as plain as the nose on your face.” You should not have to sort out the facts or take sides when you are dealing with truth. We are reminded once again and asked to live our truth, stand in our truth and accept nothing but the truth. Be the example.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…….

-Meditate/pray…..know what truth feels like.

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Journal what you know is true today.

What made me smile yesterday……..

-A day off. By the afternoon, I was feeling more like myself.

-Bills paid.

-Leftovers……(It really was a lazy day.)

-Christmas shopping and even some wrapping done. I love to wrap.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
