Rocks In The Road

For your consideration……

Those “rocks in the road” in your life aren’t just rocks. That’s the message today.

We need to take a closer look when we come across rocks in our road. What is the deeper purpose? Why here? Why now? What kind of rock is it? What is it all about?

Perhaps a rock is put in our path to stop or slow us down preventing us from making a mistake or even to keep us safe. Maybe there is a gem waiting inside we have yet to discover. Maybe it is given to us to build something with. Or maybe we need to save the rock….collect it…..save the lesson.

Rocks in our road are not a coincidence. There are no coincidences. They are there for a reason. Instead of grumbling about them, pause and reflect on the gifts they are.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take……

-Meditate/pray….it is all good. Feel that.

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Have a fun Halloween.

What made me smile yesterday……..

-A warm day with great sunshine. A little jewel in the middle of our week.

-Dinner with Jul.

-I finished a good book.

-….and went to bed early. Wahoo.
