For your consideration……
It is inevitable and unstoppable. Today for better or worse each of us will change the world. Tomorrow is never the same as today. Each of us has an equal part of the whole. Each of us plays a part in taking today to tomorrow. How we play our part is up to us. We can use our part to make the world better or worse. We can maximize or minimize our part. We can choose. We always have a choice.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…..
-Meditate/pray….prepare yourself. Tap in the best part of you and carry it into the day.
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Keep a smile and kind heart ready at all times.
What made me smile yesterday……..
-Crisp and fresh air.
-Hand sanitizer. So many sneezes happening all around us.
-I finished a good book.
-The best smile and trusting eyes.
