For your consideration…….
Today’s message really gave me a chuckle. We have been given many many messages about living in the present moment. We are often given messages about making the present moment count because we can not change any past moment. The only moment we can affect is the one we are in.
However, today….with humor I might add…..our angels are telling us to “sneek-a-peek” of the road behind us when we have doubts about our ability. When we lack confidence and don’t think we are capable, sneek-a-peek of the road we have already traveled. When we are afraid, sneek-a-peek of the road we have already traveled and remember we have been afraid before. When we are worried we are not moving ahead fast enough or don’t know where to go, sneek-a-peek and be amazed at how far we have already come.
If we just sneek-a-peek, we quickly realize how far we have come. We realize that we have been afraid before and we made it through better and stronger for it. We realize we could not see any further down the road than we can right now. We realize how quickly time has passed and perhaps wonder where it all went. We realize that we could never have envisioned or planned the steps we have taken to arrive in the very moment we are in.
Release the self-doubt and fear. Live in the confidence you have earned with experience.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take……
-Meditate/pray and celebrate you.
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Count your blessings.
What made me smile yesterday……
-Fabulous, bright, funny high school students.
-I got up late but didn’t know it. I was working along making my lunch and just happened to glance at the clock. Yikes. But I just took a breath and readjusted (nothing like I used to be). I was on time and I had a great day.
-Lots of errands done.
-Synchronicity with Mary-Cecile, the artist whose work I used in yesterday’s blog. She is a Soul Self and DNA artist (www.mariececile.com). It is a long story but suffice to say the Universe always has a plan and always has a way to get through to us.
