For your consideration……
We are reminded today of the power of our energy and our personal responsibility to manage it.
Our energy is constantly transmitting and receiving. What we put out returns to us in equal measure….or more. So it is imperative that we put out….transmit what it is we want in our life.
I doubt there is anyone out there that wants misery, anger, fear, sadness etc. in their life. So when we find ourselves in that position we must change our story….change our energy.
It is up to us, not someone else. I hear lots of “yah buts”. There are no buts. There is no one else responsible for our own happiness but us. We need to take charge and transmit the energy we want returned.
If we want prosperity, we need to stop acting poor. If we want love, we must be and give love. If we want truth, we have to live truthfully. If we want to be strength, we have to be strong. If we want to work from spirit, we have to communicate with spirit. If we want peace, we have to be at peace.
Of course, it may not happen over night. But when we change our focus from what we lack to what we have……gratitude for our blessings…..the shift begins immediately. We put up a roadblock to receiving negative energy.
We are in charge of our energy. We choose it. Choose love, joy and happiness. Focus on your blessings and the prosperity you already have.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…….
-Meditate/pray….be still and go within.
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Go for a walk, sit outside and read, meditate outside.
-Listen to Mother Nature.
What made me smile yesterday……
-Errands with my hubby.
-And now for the rest of the story….laughing with Jackie.
-A beautiful rain for our beautiful yard.
-Plenty of sunshine.
