For your consideration…….
Our message is another reminder. We are reminded that we have “unlimited potential”
All of us have unlimited potential. But we also have free will. It is up to us to expand our horizons. We need to dig deep and open up the our realm of possibilities.
To do that we have to ask our ego to step down. You will recognize when it is speaking by the words it uses i.e.; can’t shouldn’t, couldn’t, don’t etc. Or you will recognize it by the phrases it uses such as; Who do you think you are? You aren’t the expert. You don’t have time. That is someone else’s job. They know more than you do. What do you want to do that for? etc.
You know all of these words and phrases because you know how they make you feel. They make you feel afraid, doubtful, worried, unconfident, incompetent, lazy, depressed etc. They lack all HOPE and love.
Your unlimited potential comes from the love of your authentic self. And that’s just what its words and phrases make you feel…..love and HOPE.
We are being asked to expand our horizons. We can do that. We just have to take direction from the right place…..our authentic self.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take……
-Meditate/pray…..listen to what you are being encouraged to do. Don’t just dismiss those random possibilities.
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take at least 10 deep breaths. Remember your breath is your reset button.
-Create a or add to your bucket list.
What made me smile yesterday……
-Wow another perfect perfect day. Beautiful sun and perfect temperature with cool sleeping weather.
-Mackenzie swam 150 laps for the Red Cross. That’s my girl!
-A great book.
-Weed check done. vacuuming done.
-Drinks and dinner with Kathy.
-Mackenzie’s softball game. What a nail biter!
