For your consideration…….
“Keep your heart on the dream.” What a perfect message for the 4th of July. This country was founded on the dreams of freedom inherent to every heart. It is forefront in the heart of this nation. It is a dream worth fighting and dying for.
That commitment is what our message is about today. Our authentic self has dreams for us. We have dreams that are sacred to our life purpose. We are asked to stay focused on them and never give them up.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can make….
-Meditate/pray…..stay lock step with your dreams.
-Drink lots of water.
-Eat lots of fruits and vegetables with high water content.
-Take in at least 10 deep breaths outdoors.
-Get barefoot and spend the day outdoors.
-Laugh and be merry….play…..relax.
What made me smile yesterday…….
-The landscapers came today and did an amazing job cleaning up our flower beds, trimming trees and cutting back the woods.
-Jordan made it to visit Alex. Happy girls.
-A visit from Jackie.
Of course we give a special shout our past and present men and women in uniform who have made the sacrifices to defend the dream of this nation. We send them blessings and ask they be kept safe.
