We were given this song with this exactly this message, “Your dreams aren’t big enough. When your dreams are too little, you can not reach your full potential.”
We stunt our own growth when we do not “dare” to dream the big dreams.
Dream big, Dear Ones.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…..
-Meditate/pray…..tap into your biggest HOPEs and fears.
-Drink lots of water. Water not only helps with clarity is can calm us.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Journal some big…outrageous….dreams. Put them on your vision board. Visit them each day.
What made me smile yesterday……
-Spa day. I tell you, Monday is the day to go. Everyone is relaxed.
-Grocery shopping done.
-Finally, getting in touch with Jessica. Ahhhhh. It is all good.
-Plane tickets bought to go see Alex.
-I am blessed with friends who get it and support the flawed me….thanks Bob and Jodie.
