For your consideration……
Just when we think nothing ever changes, life throws us a curve ball or change-up pitch. Then it is a whole new ball game. We all get those life redefining moments.
And that is the point of today’s message. We may or may not know why we were given these changes. And ultimately it does not matter. What does matter is how we rise to the occasion. It matters that we bring our best self. It matters that we know we are not alone and move forward in confidence. We have the tools in our life tool box to handle whatever life throws our way. While our life has changed forever, the essence of who we are and ever shall be has not.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE actions steps anyone can take…….
-Meditate/pray each day. Tap into the source of your real strength.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Drink lots of water.
-Update your vision board.
What made me smile yesterday……
-A fun high school senior helping in my classroom.
-Some great speeches by 6th graders. They were very inventive.
-Catching up with my Alex.
-I finished a good book. You know how you are close to the end and just can’t wait to get to it….yeah.
Happy 25th Birthday to my daughter, Alex.
You changed our lives forever, Babycakes!
