For your consideration……
Our message came in as “There are two sides to every coin. There are two sides to every story. There are two sides to every life.” We are just being reminded today to honor that both in ourselves and others.
We have an inner voice that wants to be heard. We often have conflicted feelings that want to be expressed. We have a whole other side of ourselves that wants to be seen. Why? Because we want to be whole.
And so it is with others. They have a voice, feelings and a side of themselves that perhaps we have not seen. There is more to their story just as there is ours.
So if you feel like you are spinning your wheels and not getting anywhere or even if you just want to shake things up, flip your coin.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…….
-Meditate/pray….listen to your other side.
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths. Better yet grab some sunshine.
-Be an investigator today. Look for the other side of the coin.
What made me smile yesterday…….
-A good school day. Good students.
-Alex is back on dry land. Wahoo.

-Sunshine. Oh sunshine, please stay. I promise not to take you for advantage.
