Jellyfish

For your consideration……

Well this is a surprise. Jellyfish showed up. I have to admit I wish I were someplace where this was a possibility……nice and warm. Dare I HOPE this is a promise?

It always seems like such a contradiction to me that such beauty also warrants beach warnings. That complexity is why we are given them today.

Hidden in transparency we have enormous power. While we may look weak and helpless, we are not. We can use our power for light and beauty or darkness and ugliness. It is at our whim.

Look at how effortless and beautiful this choice can be. Jellyfish follows the flow with grace. Indeed, they must follow the flow to gain sustenance.

We are given jellyfish today to remind us of the power and beauty of our authentic self….our soul. And to remind us to flow with life and not fight the currents. Our soul always has the power to electrify and light our way. Trust it.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…….

-Meditate/pray….check in with your authentic self at least once a day. Learn the sound of its voice so that you can recognize it in all of the moments of your life.

-Drink lots of water.

-Take at least 10 deep breaths outdoors. Notice Mother Earth’s rapid changes each day.

-Always remember your power. Never give it away.

What made me smile yesterday…..

-A great class.

-Sunshine and milder temperatures.

-Vacuuming…check.

-We expect to hear from our Alex soon.

-I chuckle whenever I think about my Sis and her new Kindle Fire. I can still hear her smile from the weekend.
