For your consideration…….
We all can remember situations where there is that hesitation when no one really wants to be the first. That is what today’s message feels like.
At any given time throughout our day, we do not present our whole self….our true self. We morph into what we feel the situation requires. We become the person we feel is required for the moment. We all do it. We mince our words or actions.
Today we are being asked, each of us, to just be authentic and to bring our whole self to each moment. We are who we are for a reason. Hiding that is an injustice to not only ourselves us but the world as well.
We have had similar messages before. Today is a call to action. We have all heard the saying, “The truth shall set you free.” That is the promise we are being given today. As light workers we are being asked to be the first to step up to the plate and be the example. We are being asked to drop the guile and all pretense and just be all of who we really are.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take……
-Meditate/pray…..feel who you really are. Feel your peace, HOPE and love.
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Go for it…..just be yourself….your real self. Feel the freedom of dropping the disguise.
What made me smile yesterday…….
-A soccer road trip with Shannon and AJ.
-The weather. We had everything from an unbelievable wet and heavy snow/rain to dry with sunshine.
-AJ is awesome. He got 2 goals.
-Bruce and I always smile when something permanently leaves the basement.
