“Imagine” by John Lennon

Imagine there’s no heaven
It’s easy if you try
No hell below us
Above us only sky
Imagine all the people
Living for today…

Imagine there’s no countries
It isn’t hard to do
Nothing to kill or die for
And no religion too
Imagine all the people
Living life in peace…

You may say I’m a dreamer
But I’m not the only one
I hope someday you’ll join us
And the world will be as one

Imagine no possessions
I wonder if you can
No need for greed or hunger
A brotherhood of man
Imagine all the people
Sharing all the world…

You may say I’m a dreamer
But I’m not the only one
I hope someday you’ll join us
And the world will live as one

For your consideration……

It seems like a long time since I have been woken by a song as I was today. And I can not remember ever questioning whether or not to use it as I did today. I really had to ask questions on this one because I am so clearly see that the first line is so wrong. But none the less, this is the song presented to us today regardless of that first line. Why?

We have been getting a few messages lately about manifestation. Imagination is a prelude or first step to manifestation. We are being called to action. We are being asked to consider….dream about the world we want to see. We are being asked to imagine ourselves as part of the evolution of our world. You have all heard the quote, “be the change you want to see”. This is more that. We are being asked to be a part of the creative process that shifts our world into a planet of peace and love in full cooperation of it and each other.

When we stop and think and plan we can become overwhelmed. The task can seem too huge. But in our imagination, we have no limits. Everything is possible. And that is the reality we are being asked to live in. This is the reality that will manifest the world we all dream of.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…..

-Meditate/pray….don’t limit yourself with judgement. Whatever you can do is perfect.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Drink lots of water.

-Daydream….play “what if?”

What made me smile yesterday……

-A great 3rd grade class.

-Successful shopping.

-A chat with my brother.

-A chile night. Now why didn’t I think of that before? It certainly has been cold enough for it for a long time.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
