For your consideration……
One drop, one breath, one seed of pure love holds the key to all of life. It carries all solutions. It cannot be destroyed. It is all-powerful. It is the absolute answer to all we seek. It is life perfected.
Eventually everyone one will “wake up” and realize this and the world will watch what seems like insurmountable problems vanish. Deep down in our own authentic self we know this because it is from this pure love that it (we) was created.
The message today is when in doubt, frustrated, scared etc., apply a drop of pure love. It is always the solution. It always helps. It is always the best step.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take….
-Meditate/pray….the easiest way to be able to call up love is to be in touch with your authentic self.
-Drink lots of water. Water detoxifies and it helps with clarity.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Pick one thing you want help with. Change tactics and apply a drop of love to it.
What made me smile yesterday……
-A sleep in. Mmmmmm
-I heard from both my girls out and about having fun.
-A good book.
-Catching up with Jackie.
-Laundry done.
