For your consideration…….
We live and learn in the school of life. We are never the same from one moment to the next. Sometimes we feel we are growing and learning. Sometimes we feel like we are backsliding. The reality is that even when we feel like we are backsliding we are still learning and growing.
Today Archangel Uriel, who name means “God of Light”, reminds us to “make like Rudolph…..blink, blink, blink”. At any given time we may be up to the challenge of lighting and leading the way….or not. The message is just that. Be ready to pick up the torch and light the way when your sister is down. And be just as ready to let someone else light the way when you are not able or when they need to.
We are “each other’s keepers”. We are each other’s light.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take……
-Meditate. Make a conscious effort to release any sadness, anger, or worry.
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths. Take slow and easy deep breaths until you feel calm and peaceful.
-Journal what you are grateful for.
-Send love and blessings to those who are in such horrible pain in Connecticut.
-Send love and blessing to all those in need.
What made me smile yesterday……..
-I successfully got Mary and Don to the airport.
-Unplanned breakfast with Joan. Isn’t that the best kind.
-We picked our Babycakes up from the airport. Wahoo. I am so grateful.
-Dinner in Depot Town at Aubrees. We met Andy’s wife and twins as an added bonus. Too cute.
