For your consideration…..

Today’s message tells us….reminds us…..we are more than what we think we are. Each of us are reservoirs of love, compassion, HOPE, strength, wisdom, determination, intuition, joy, humor, creativity, courage, integrity, kindness etc. None of us are the same. We all possess these qualities in different quantities. In fact, they are constantly shifting within ourselves.

We are reminded of this for the second part of the message. We are reminded of all that we are to encourage us to share ourselves. There is a sense that many are having a tendency to withdraw and hoard their reservoir because they are not seeing the HOPE for a better world. They are losing faith in their fellow-man.

But if you are here, you are being asked to do the opposite. You are being asked to open up your reservoir at every opportunity. You are being asked to share all that is good in you with as many people as you can. You are being asked to share your strength and be an example of what is perfect in the world today.

And finally there is a third part of the message. As you share your reservoir it grows in unequal measure.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take……

-Meditate. Through meditation you will become conscious of all that you are and all that you have to offer.

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths. They do not have to be all at once. Then can be walking to and from your car throughout the day.

-Notice what Mother Earth is offering you. Notice her reservoir that she unselfishly offers up each and every day.

What made me smile yesterday…….

-I had a great helper in my classes yesterday.

-I picked up my neighbor from the airport. I admit it. It feels better to have her home than gone. I always want her to have a good time when she travels but I love it when she gets back home.

-Grocery shopping done.

-Some good progress on Christmas shopping done.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
