For your consideration…… .
My normal process is to go into meditation, go through a chakra clearing and continue to meditate ending with me getting the message for this blog.
That did not happen today. Today I was immediately given the song by Blake Shelton, “God Gave Me You”. And it came with a very specific message.
“If you are here at this blog today, tomorrow or by goggling it a year from now, this is you. You are God’s gift to someone….a partner, friend, children, neighbor, co-worker or even stranger etc. “
Remember that.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…….
-Meditate. Listen for directions from your authentic self.
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Smile.
-Love yourself.
What made me smile yesterday……
-A beautiful sunny day at Stillwater.
-A walk down to the riverfront with Dude.
-My happy dog, Dude.
-First book edit done. Wahoo. Now I have to find a real editor.
