For your consideration…….
Everyday we are presented with opportunities to serve our fellow-man (woman). Today we are being reminded and asked to relax our vision and thoughts and remember that in the service to man (woman) all kindness counts the same. Big is the same as little. The true measure is what lies in our heart.
Consider…..
-Generously offering your smile.
-Picking up your neighbors paper from the driveway and putting it on their doorstep.
-Picking up something from the store for your neighbor.
-Sending a note of appreciation.
-Holding the door.
-Taking someones shopping cart from them to use or deliver to the corral.
-Cooking a meal.
-Making a brief phone call or visit.
-Waving and smiling as you pass someone up.
-Generously giving hugs and kisses.
You get the message. When it comes to kindness, “small” matters. Small is huge.
And that is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take……
-Meditate …relax into the peace of your power.
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths. Or take a walk and see and feel Mother Earth change her seasons.
-Follow her lead and don’t be afraid to change things up.
-Acknowledge all you are grateful for.
What made me smile yesterday…..
-I met amazing people at the Holistic Fair put on by Arise yesterday.
-My Alex’s enormous life purpose.
-Ahhhh Stillwater.
-Good writing.
