For your consideration……
Today we not only got a message, we got a reason for it.
We are constantly processing what we hear, see, feel, taste and smell. Sometimes we are aware but just as often not.
This has always been true. But today’s world is particularly tough.We are being bombarded with bad news and advertisements. It is easy to be on information overload.
Today we are reminded that we have control of our lives. We can and should choose the “mode of operation” for our highest good.
We are being asked not to be blind followers or joiners. We are being asked to take a higher level more critical look first. Are the people, actions or conversations worthy of us? Are they worthy of our highest self?
With all that is going on in the world it is critical that we bring our perfection to it. Our unique perfection for our life purpose is what can change the world. We are needed. We are necessary. Choose and operate your “mode of operation”.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…….
-Meditate. Listen to your authentic self.
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Go for a walk or run. Stop along the way and be still.
-Journal your dreams.
What made me smile yesterday……
-A smooth ride to the Seattle airport getting Cathy there during rush hour in plenty of time.
-Lunch with Alex.
-A chill day and night in with good soup and family.
