What this day stands for as a nation is self evident. What it means to each of us as individuals we hold in our hearts.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, hope by hope action steps anyone can take….
-Spend as much time outdoors as you can
-Plant a flower, bush or tree. Say a blessing over it for its healthy growth. Dedicate it to those who made the ultimate sacrifice.
-Write a note of HOPE and gratitude to those who serve us today. We are still at war and all of our service men and women are volunteers. They were not drafted. If you don’t know how to get in touch with any of them, leave a comment here in our comment section. Know that who needs to hear it will hear it. That’s the way the universe works.
-Be kind to yourself, love your Core Essence Self. Are you guarding it and only letting what is true in?
-Have fun.

-We didn’t think we had enough flowers for all of the pots at the family cemetery but then realized we had the exact amount of what we needed.
-We made some wrong turns and got to take a route we haven’t been on in a long time. It was great. There are no coincidences.
