For your consideration……
I continue to be amazed at the guiding messages we are given. Over and over they acknowledge the chaos, turmoil and “speeding up” that surrounds the entire world.
Why were we shown a sack of potatoes, specifically a sack of potatoes in a car on the backseat floor?
Potatoes are symbols of the basics….the staples….of life. This simple symbol reminds us when we feel the chaos surrounding, it is our return to our basics that see us through.
What are our basics? It is what we know is true rooted in love. It is our relationship with our God. It is our relationship with Mother Earth. It is our relationship with our family and friends. It is our relationship with Self. All of these are very individual.
When the world seems to be spinning out of control, return to what “you” know is true. Return to what you know is rooted in love.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take……
-Meditate/pray….there is no better way to be in touch with your authentic self.
-Drink lots of water.
-Spend time in nature. Go for a run, walk or even just sit.
-Take at least 10 deep breaths outdoors.
-Call a friend.
What made me smile yesterday……
-Great physic students.
-Help for my bruised ribs.
-My funny Alex.
-Catching up with Jody.
-Our beautiful lawn.
