For your consideration……
Once again our message acknowledges that these are some tough times. There are big changes occurring. We feel them even if we can’t identify them.
Deep down we all know that the world can be a better place. It needs to be a better place and somehow that will happen.
The question becomes do we want to be part of the solution? Are we willing to bring our best self forward to help birth a new dimension?
Today’s message reminds us that we have a perfect core…our authentic self. It is our “eye of the storm”. No matter the external conditions, our “eye” remains perfect and true. It is our compass pointing us to our next perfect step. We have the right stuff. We are up to the challenge.
That is the message. We have a choice. We always have a choice. As everything is swirling around us on the outside, we can go within. We can go to our authentic self. There we can catch our breath. We can stand in peace. We can ask for and receive help from our Guidance before we charge back out to work our life purpose for the highest good of all.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take……
-Meditate/pray….create a pattern of going within.
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Create a vision board or update one you already have.
What made me smile yesterday……
-Breakfast with Joan and Ron.
-Lunch with Rick, Jim and Denise.
-Yeah, Cathy is going to travel with us.
-My Peanut has moved up to the “gold” swim team. Wahoo.
