For your consideration….
“A rolling stone gathers no moss.” Do you remember hearing that? That is today’s message….”make like the rolling stone.”
We are meant to be active and creative. We are in a perpetual state of learning. But sometimes we can get stuck. And when we do, we tend to focus on excuses and wrongs. We can invent a million reasons why we can’t move on….you know “gathering moss.”
Today we are reminded that is just our ego talking to us. We can move on. We have everything we need to brush of the “moss” and keep on rolling along. Ask that pesky ego to step out of the door. Remember we are infinite possibilities and we are not permanently tied to the next step. So just take it and the next and the next. Uur path will be unveiled in Divine Timing so keep moving.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…..
-Meditate. Don’t let your ego sit in on your meditation. Ask for that next step. Ask for Guidance.
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Write down “that moss” you may have gathered today. Thank it. Be grateful you have noticed it. Rip it up and let it go for its highest healing.
What made me smile yesterday…..
-Another great day with Jody. Lunch at Melanges and shop strolling.
-A beautiful day of perfect temps both day and night.
-My Sis and Dianne both called joyous.
-A great relaxing dinner on the patio with Bruce, Jody and Bad Bob.
