For your consideration……

Well this is easy enough. We are reminded that it is just as important to cleanse our spirit as it is our physical body. More specifically we are being asked to make spirit cleansing part of our nightly routine.

Before bed we brush our teeth, wash our face or shower. We are being asked to include spirit cleaning by making a quick review of our day. What worked? What didn’t? Focus in on the feelings we attached to both of them. Be grateful for the good and give thanks. For those disappointing, angry, scared, bitter etc. feelings take a good look at them. Are they true? Are they really who you are? More than likely not. So release them saying, “This is not who I am. I release (whatever the feeling or situation is) for healing. I do not need or want you.” Take some deep breaths until you are back to  your calm center and have a good, rejuvenating sleep.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take……

-Meditate … Find some alone time.

-Drink lots of water.

-Take at least 10 deep breaths outdoors. Notice everything about them….the smell, the feeling.

-Recap at the end of the day. Hold on dearly to what you are grateful for. Release all that is negative for healing.

-What made me smile yesterday……

-Lots of work done.

-Dude got his annual vet check.

-Alex is still on track for a quick trip home.

-Dinner at the Full House.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Chris
